Ниже будут перечислены ответы на вопросы которые мы получали от пользователей чаще всего за время бета тестирования проекта.

Если у вас возникли вопросы на которые нет ответа в данной теме, напишите в Личном Кабинете вашего Мастер Аккаунта, в разделе поддержка. Вы также можете поискать тему с Вашим вопросом на форуме, или создать новую.

[О]: 14 июня, в 20:00 (по мск)

[В]: Когда будет ОБТ сервера?
[О]: 7 июня, в 20:00 (по мск)

[В]: Какие рейты на сервере?
[О]: х1-х5 (в зависимости от стадии) 

[В]: Какие изменения на сервере?
[О]: Список изменений

[В]: Сколько можно завести окон с одного ПК?
[О]: 3 окна

[В]: Сколько стоит второе и третье окно?
[О]: Два бесплатно и одно за донат

[В]: Сколько будут длиться стадии?
[О]: Стадии длятся от 7 до 14 дней

 

[В]: Есть ли на сервере автолут?
[О]: Да, .cfg в игровой чат, можно бесплатно включить для предметов и настоек

[В]: Есть ли на сервере автоматическая система банок ХП/ЦП?
[О]: Да

[В]: Будет ли баффер?
[О]: Да, баффер в alt+b доступен с первого уровня, бесплатно

[В]: Будет ли бесплатный телепорт?
[О]: Да, телепорт в alt+b доступен с первого уровня, бесплатно

[В]: Есть ли на сервере оффлайн торговля?
[О]: Да, .offline в игровой чат, бесплатно, без ограничений. После ввода команды персонаж просидит 10 дней.

[В]: Не нашел кнопки что бы открыть свой магазин крафта, как быть?
[О]: Кнопки действительно нет, но Вы можете воспользоваться командой чата /dwarvenmanufacture

[В]: Как теперь крафтить и спойлить – умения были удалены?
[О]: Крафтить может любой персонаж (любой рассы), любой уровень рецепта. Спойлить не нужно – весь спойл выпадает из мобов в дроплисте с рейтами х1

[В]: Как попасть к Закену? Телепорт к РБ не работает, от NPC также не зайти.
[О]: Freya, Zaken,Beleth, Frintezza, Близы и Tiat больше не инстансовые боссы, и были перенесены в открытый мир. Все обычные РБ ресаются одновременно, каждые 3 часа. Все эпик РБ Имеют фиксированный респ по времени. 

[В]: Какие есть команды на сервере?

.stats - Позволяет посмотреть более подробно все характеристики своего персонажа

.premium - Показывает у кого в группе есть премиум аккаунт.

.acp - Сервис автоматического использования банок HP, CP.

.offline - Оффлайн торговля

.7rb - Показывает какие РБ остались для выполнения квеста.

.buffShield - Защита от сторонних бафов.

.relog - Быстрый релог

.recovery - Позволяет восстановить любой удаленный предмет в течении 24 часов

.repair - Если ваш персонаж застрял или не может войти в игру (вылетает с критом, или грузится только до заставки), используйте эту команду другим персонажем с этого же аккаунта.

[О]: Improved baby pet food.

[В]: Где можно скачать файлы
[О]: В разделе Файлы, через Апдейтер или напрямую из Google или Yandex диска. Если скачивание с диска недоступно - авторизируйтесь в ваш Google/Yandex аккаунт.

[В]: Какие квесты были изменены?
[О]: Изменения в квестах

[В]: Хотел приобрести внутреигровую валюту из Украины через платежную систему Interkassa картой, но платеж не проходит, почему?
[О]: В платежной системе Interkassa есть минимальный лимит для суммы оплаты картой - 1000 гривен. Это условия Interkass'ы, к сожалению мы не можем на это повлиять. На другие методы оплаты через эту платежную систему (AdvCash, PerfectMoney, криптовалюты) такого минимального лимита нет.

[O]: June 14, at 20:00 (Moscow time)

[Q]: When will the OBT server be available?
[O]: June 7, at 20:00 (Moscow time)

[Q]: What are the rates on the server?
[O]: x1-x6 (depending on the stage)

[Q]: What changes are on the server?
[A]: List of changes

[Q]: How many windows can you have on one PC?
[O]: 3 windows

[Q]: How much do the second and third windows cost?
[O]: two free and one for donation

[Q]: How long will the stages last?
[A]: Stages last 7 days

[Q]: Is there auto-loot on the server?
[A]: Yes, .cfg in game chat, you can separately enable it for items and settings

[Q]: Does the server have an automatic HP/CPU can system?
[Oh yeah

[Q]: Will there be a buffer?
[O]: Yes, the buffer in alt+b is available from the first level, for free

[Q]: Will there be a free teleport?
[O]: Yes, teleport to alt+b is available from the first level, free of charge

[Q]: Is there offline trading on the server?
[O]: Yes, .offline in game chat, free, without restrictions. After entering the command, the character will sit for 10 days.

[Q]: I didn’t find a button to open my own crafting store, what should I do?
[A]: There really is no button, but you can use the chat command /dwarvenmanufacture

[Q]: How to craft now and spoil - the skills have been removed?
[A]: Any character (any race), any recipe level can craft. There is no need to spoil - all spoils fall out of mobs in the droplist with x1 rates

[Q]: How to get to Zaken? The teleport to the Republic of Belarus does not work, and you cannot enter from the NPC either.
[A]: Freya, Zaken, Beleth and Frintezza are no longer instanced bosses, and have been moved to the open world. All regular RBs are resected simultaneously, every 3 hours. All epic RBs have a fixed rep over time.

[Q]: I wanted to purchase in-game currency from Ukraine through the Interkassa payment system with a card, but the payment did not go through, why?
[A]: In the Interkassa payment system there is a minimum limit for the amount of payment by card - 1000 hryvnia. These are Interkass's conditions, unfortunately we cannot influence this. There is no such minimum limit for other payment methods through this payment system (AdvCash, PerfectMoney, cryptocurrencies).
